WHITE CITY, Ore., Sept. 8 —
Tollcoating.com, a premier provider of contract coating services, celebrated
its implementation of a new Faustel Labmaster pilot coater with a ribbon
cutting ceremony on Aug. 27 attended by local and state officials. The

Its pilot coating line is located in the same facility as its production machines and provides CDT, UV curing, hot air drying and lamination capabilities similar to the full-scale lines.
The business serves Fortune 100 customers as well as smaller companies, providing organizations with the ideal coating process for their application. Current product and process development efforts include formulations for nanoparticle coatings, multi-layer solvent and aqueous coatings, as well as emulsion and dispersion preparation and delivery.
